One of the sadder moments of my life. The best part of this image is that humanity is doing this to the majority of our planet. I wonder how long it will take before there is nothing left.I had gone to Coney Island in NYC with my girlfriend so we could go to the beach and have a nice relaxing day. Needless to say we didnt spend any time at this part of the beach until the end of the day when I had to capture this iconic part of America being destroyed. One of my favorite movies, Requiem for a Dream was partially filmed here; how appropriate.
I could go on and on about how this makes me feel and the potential ramifications but i dare say if actually think about this youll figure it out for yourself.
